PHSpark Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the phspark platform, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and phspark. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the phspark platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all phspark accounts, all sections of the platform — including Sports Betting, PBA Betting, MMA Betting, Color Game, Fishing Games, the VIP Club, and the Refer a Friend programme — and all transactions carried out on or through the phspark platform in Philippine pesos.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain a phspark account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PHSpark strictly prohibits minors from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where access to the phspark platform is lawful. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal where you are located.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing phspark account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or restricted from accessing online gaming under any applicable rule or order.

PHSpark reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following account activity that warrants review. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified will result in a hold on the affected account.

3Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phspark account credentials, including your password and any linked payment methods. PHSpark will treat any action taken using your account login as having been authorised by you unless you have reported a security concern in advance.

• Do not share your phspark login credentials with anyone — including family members, friends, or anyone claiming to be phspark staff.
• PHSpark will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone.
• Use a strong, unique password for your phspark account. Avoid using the same password you use for other services.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact phspark support immediately through the official contact channel.

PHSpark implements security measures appropriate to protecting player accounts and transaction data. However, the security of your account login credentials remains your personal responsibility. PHSpark will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4Deposits and Payments

All phspark account deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made from a payment account — GCash wallet, Maya wallet, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, or eligible Visa/Mastercard bank card — held in your own name.

• Deposits made from accounts or cards not belonging to you are prohibited and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended pending review.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected. These are displayed in the phspark cashier at the time of deposit.
• PHSpark does not charge a deposit fee on its side, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check your provider's terms for details.
• Deposits are credited to your phspark account once confirmed by the payment provider. Timing varies by method and is not within phspark's direct control.

Deposited funds may only be used for genuine gameplay on the phspark platform. Depositing funds without the intention of playing — for example, solely to take advantage of a welcome bonus with intent to immediately withdraw — is considered abuse of the platform and may result in the reversal of deposits and closure of the account.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from phspark accounts are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your phspark account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. Verification documents must be submitted and accepted.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or method held in your own name — the same name registered on your phspark account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be satisfied before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion.
• PHSpark reserves the right to apply standard processing timeframes and to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests before approving disbursement.

VIP Club members at eligible tiers benefit from priority withdrawal processing within the phspark system. This means their requests are handled ahead of standard-tier accounts in the phspark processing queue. External banking and payment provider schedules remain outside phspark's control and may affect the time funds actually arrive in your account.

6Bonuses and Promotions

PHSpark offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. These may include welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and other incentive structures. Each phspark promotion is governed by its own specific terms — including eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, and expiry dates — which are displayed at the point of offer.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time per phspark account, unless specific terms for a promotion explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in PHP and are valid for a defined period from the time of credit. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money play on eligible phspark games within the specified timeframe. Free play, cancelled bets, and bonus-funded play on restricted games do not count toward requirement completion.
• PHSpark reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel a promotion if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, exploitation, or breach of these terms in connection with that promotion.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between phspark accounts.

7VIP Club Programme

The phspark VIP Club is a loyalty programme open to all registered accounts. Membership begins automatically at Bronze tier upon account registration and progresses through Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers based on account activity as defined in the programme's eligibility criteria, which are published and updated separately.

• Tier benefits — including priority support, enhanced withdrawal processing, PHP cashback eligibility, and dedicated account management — are as described in the VIP Club programme terms in effect at the time.
• PHSpark reviews tier status periodically. A player may move up or down tiers based on the qualifying criteria applied during each review period.
• VIP benefits are personal and may not be transferred to another account. They apply only during active qualifying tier status.
• PHSpark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Club programme or any of its tiers with reasonable advance notice to affected members.

8Refer a Friend Programme

The phspark Refer a Friend programme allows eligible registered players to earn PHP rewards by inviting new players to register using a unique referral link. Referral rewards are subject to the following conditions:

• The referred player must be a genuinely new phspark registrant — not an existing account holder or a duplicate account of any existing player.
• The referred player must register using the referring player's specific referral link and meet the qualifying conditions — including a minimum qualifying deposit and any applicable activity requirement — as defined in the current programme terms.
• Referral rewards are credited to eligible accounts in PHP once the qualifying conditions are confirmed by phspark.
• Creating fictitious accounts or attempting to generate referral rewards through fraudulent means is a breach of these terms and will result in the cancellation of all associated rewards and the suspension of the relevant accounts.
• PHSpark reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer a Friend programme at any time with reasonable notice.

9Betting Rules

Bets placed on phspark are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. General betting rules applicable to all phspark accounts include the following:

• Bets confirmed and accepted by phspark are binding. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a specific feature permits this under defined conditions.
• PHSpark reserves the right to void bets and reverse winnings where there is evidence of a technical error, obvious pricing error, or match-fixing or manipulation in connection with the event on which the bet was placed.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply across phspark betting markets. These limits may vary by market, event, and account tier and are displayed in the relevant section of the platform.
• In-play (live) betting markets are governed by their own rules, which may differ from pre-match conditions. PHSpark may suspend in-play markets at any time for any reason, including technical issues or event interruptions.
• Market settlement is based on officially confirmed results from recognised governing bodies or official broadcasters. PHSpark's settlement decision is final.

10Responsible Gaming

PHSpark is committed to supporting responsible gaming for all players. The platform provides a range of tools — including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — to help players manage their gaming activity. • PHSpark accounts are for entertainment purposes. Gaming should only ever be funded from money that is genuinely surplus to personal financial needs — not from rent, bills, savings, or money intended for family expenses.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and apply to the entire phspark platform. During a self-exclusion period, phspark will not send promotional communications to the excluded account and will not reinstate the account before the exclusion period has expired.
• If you are concerned about your own or someone else's gaming behaviour, you are encouraged to use the tools available on phspark and to seek independent support from relevant organisations in the Philippines.

PHSpark staff and support teams are trained to handle responsible gaming requests sensitively and without judgment. Contacting phspark to request a limit or exclusion will never result in a penalty to your account status or VIP tier.

11Account Suspension and Closure

PHSpark reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected money laundering, financial crime, or use of phspark in connection with illegal activity.
• Abuse of promotions, bonuses, or the Refer a Friend programme in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
• Account inactivity for a period defined in phspark's account management policy, following reasonable notification to the registered email address.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, phspark reserves the right to void any bonus funds and — where permitted by applicable rules — to retain any winnings generated through fraudulent or abusive activity. Verified real-money deposits that are not subject to any ongoing dispute or investigation will be returned through the original payment method where practically possible.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the phspark platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, text, graphics, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of phspark or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the phspark platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use any phspark content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation. Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to access phspark systems or data is prohibited.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phspark's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the total value of deposits made by you to phspark in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PHSpark shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; loss of profits or gaming winnings resulting from a technical failure or platform outage; losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure; or losses arising from events outside phspark's reasonable control, including payment provider failures, telecommunications outages, or events of force majeure.

14Privacy and Data

PHSpark collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is a separate document available at /privacy-policy. By registering a phspark account, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy as well as these Terms and Conditions.

Personal data collected by phspark — including registration details, transaction records, and account activity — is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service delivery. PHSpark does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

15Amendments to These Terms

PHSpark reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phspark will provide reasonable notice through the platform or through the email address registered on your account. Continued use of the phspark platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

The version of these terms displayed on the phspark website at any given time is the version in effect. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact phspark support to discuss your account.

16Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the phspark platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines.
