No. PHSpark strictly allows one account per person. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being closed. You must be at least 18 years old to open and use a phspark account. The registration form includes a date of birth field, and phspark verifies age during the identity verification process. Any account found to belong to a minor is closed immediately without exception.

Verification requires two steps after initial registration: clicking the email verification link phspark sends to your registered email address, and confirming your mobile number via OTP. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for the phspark verification email. If the link has expired, contact support@phspark.net with your registered email to request a fresh one.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered email address and phspark will send a password reset link. Click that link, choose a new password, and use it to log in. If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact support@phspark.net.

Log in to your phspark account and go to Account Settings to request a contact detail change. For security, phspark requires identity verification before applying changes to your registered email or mobile number. If you cannot log in to initiate the change, contact the support team directly with your registered credentials.

PHSpark accepts standard Philippine government-issued identification documents. Accepted types include:
